02

Check that at least one barcode decodes from the rendered output.

03

Keep dark content away from the crop edge.

04

03 / WORKFLOW

From source PDF to a print-ready label

1

Choose the carrier PDF

Open the original document on a desktop browser for the clearest result.

Run automatic preflight

The checker locates the label, corrects direction and screens the barcode.

3

Print one test

Export the result, use Actual size, then scan one physical label before a batch.

04 / FAQ

Questions before you print

Does this change my shipment or locker booking?

No. It only changes the page layout of your local PDF.

Why can software decode the PDF but not the printed label?

Physical output adds printer heat, head condition, media, contrast and wrinkles that software cannot measure.

Is this tool affiliated with InPost?

No. LabelCheckup is an independent PDF utility.
