My PDF stays on “Checking”
Try the latest Chrome or Edge on a desktop device, then reload the page and choose the original PDF again.
The barcode passes on screen but not on paper
Clean the printhead, raise contrast carefully, use suitable thermal stock, and print at Actual size. Software cannot measure physical print defects.
Can you change an address or create postage?
No. LabelCheckup only reformats and screens an existing PDF. Shipment details must be changed with the marketplace or carrier.
