The service
LabelCheckup is an independent utility that crops, reformats and performs software screening on PDF shipping labels supplied by the user. It does not sell postage, create shipments, change addresses or communicate with carriers.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking shipment information, choosing the correct physical label size, following current carrier or marketplace rules, and testing a printed label before use. You must have the right to process each document you open with the tool.
Software preflight limitation
Barcode decoding from a browser-rendered PDF is not ISO/IEC barcode quality grading. A successful decode does not measure thermal printhead condition, paper, heat, contrast, wrinkles, tape glare or handling damage and cannot guarantee acceptance or delivery.
No affiliation
LabelCheckup is not affiliated with or endorsed by the carriers and marketplaces mentioned in our troubleshooting guides. Their names are used only to describe compatibility and user problems.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, LabelCheckup is not liable for lost postage, delayed or rejected parcels, misdelivery, lost profits or indirect damages resulting from use of the tool.
